Any wise manager always praises his employee in public, and censure in private The main reason behind this is because there is the psychology of human beings have a great effect on the job he does. If he gets a good treatment from the managers and leaders if his or her team, he shall be able to produce services with his best quality.

If there are a bad behavior and treatment given to an employee in front of the public, then it shall hurt the ego and the quality of service shall degrade rapidly. But if censors are done privately, this shall help the employee to understand his drawbacks, and also make a better performance.
