Hola user!!!

a). Highest marks is 95 and
lowest marks is 39.

b).
mean = \frac{sum \: of \: observations}{total \: observations}

 = \frac{85 + 76 + 90 + 85 + 39 + 48 + 56 + 95 + 81 + 75}{10}

 = \frac{730}{10}

= 73

c). No. of students securing more than the mean marks is 7 that are :-

85, 76, 90, 85, 95, 81, 75

Hope it helps u!!

Hey mate,
(a) We can arrange the series in ascending or descending order.
Ascending: 39,48,56,75,76,81,85,85,90,95.
Highest marks are 95 and lowest marks are 39.

(b) Mean means average. So,average of this series:
(39+48+46+75+76+81+85+85+90+95)/10
=730/10
=73

(c)No. of students securing marks more than mean marks i.e. 73 are:
75,76,81,85,85,90,95
Counting these we get the answer as 7.

Hope it helps
