Answer:

Hey!

VAT percentage - 8%

Explanation:

Given,

Marked price of digital camera - Rs. 24000

Price with vat is more than marked price 8%

Let the price with VAT be Rs. x

⟹ x - 8% of 24000 = 24000

⟹ x - 0.08 × 24000 = 24000

⟹ x - 1920 = 24000

⟹ x = 25920

thus, The price of digital camera after VAT =

Rs. 25920

______________________

Increased price = Rs. 1920

⟹ VAT Percentage = ( increased price ÷ Marked price × 100)

VAT percentage ⟹ 8%
