The marked price of a shirt is Rs1850. If successive discounts offered by the store is 10% and ‘x%’. If selling price of the shirt is Rs1400. Then, calculate the value of ‘x’ and total discount offered.​

use formula sp=(100-discount percent) /100 x mp

now net discount = a + b -ab/100

=x+10 -10x/100= 9x/10+10

put this in formula

(100-9x/10-10)/100 x 1850 =1400

90-9x/10=140000/1850

now plz solve it

on solving u get 5300/333 I guess if I didn't do mustake
