Step-by-step explanation:

Given marked price, = 38000

Successive discount= 15% and 10%

100 \times \frac{15}{100}

= 100

Marked price=100-Discount

MP=100-15

MP=85

Further 10% of 85

85 \times \frac{10}{100}

=8.5

85-8.5=76.5%

Discount=100-76.5=23.5

38000 \times \frac{23.5}{100}

=₹8930

So ,marked Price- Discount= Cost Price

₹38000-₹8930=₹29070

Hence, The customer has to pay ₹29070 for this washing Machine.
