Required Solution :

Given:

• Marked Price = ₹ 4650

• Discount = 18 % of M.P

____________________________________

To calculate:

• Selling Price (S.P)

____________________________________

Calculation:

Here,

  • MP = ₹ 4650

and,

  • Discount = 18 % of M.P

 \therefore Discount =  \sf { \dfrac{18}{100} \times 4650}

→ Discount =  \sf { Rs \:  \dfrac{18}{10} \times 465}

→ Discount =  \sf { Rs \:  \dfrac{9}{5} \times 465}

→ Discount =  \sf { Rs \: 9 \times 93 }

Discount = Rs 837

Now, as we know that :

→ SP = Marked Price – Discount

→ SP = Rs ( 4650 – 837 )

SP = Rs 3813

Therefore, its selling price is Rs 3813.
