The market price of an item is Rs. 6000. The dealer allows discount of 4% on cash payment . If the rate of tax is 12% . Find the amount customer has to pay the dealer in case to purchase it. ​

Final selling price of Item including the VAT = 6000+420 = 6420;

Now dealer is allow 4% discount on case purchase;

Total discount at 4% is = 4*6420/100 = 256.8;

Amount has to pay by customer = 6420 - 256.8 = Rs. 6163.2
