first of all , Arrange the given data in ascending order :-

1,3,5,6,7,8,9,9,10,12,13,13,14,15,16,16,18,20,22 and 23 .

Frequency Distribution Table will be :-

No. of

Now, data in the form of a frequency distribution table using the equal class interval :-
