Solution :-

Total Marks = 80

Passing marks = 50 % of 80

= 40 Marks

1) Probability of students who got the passing marks

= Number of students getting 40 marks and above/Total students

= (23 + 20)/100

= 43/100

= 0.43

2) Probability of the students who failed to get the passing marks

= Number of students getting below 40 marks/Total students

= (18 + 190/100

= 37/100

= 0.37

3) Probability of students who got below 21 marks

= Number of students getting below 21 marks/Total students

= 18/100

= 0.18

Answer.
