HELLO DEAR,

The mass of 20 meter of copper =( 0.9 kg)

So linear density of copper wire Y.

Y= m/l. ( Where m = mass, l = length

Y = linear density)

Given in question m= 0.9 kg

l = 20 meter

So,

Y =( 0.9 / 20)kg/ m

To find the mass of 170 meter of same copper wire.

l = 170 m. Y = (0.9/20)kg/m

By using the formula ,

( Density = mass / volume)

So, Y = m/ l

m= Y×l

m =( 0.9/20)× 170

m = 0.045×170

m = 7.65 kg Answer

I HOPE IT'S HELP YOU DEAR,

THANKS
