Explanation:

The density of a cube is measured by measuring its mass and the length of its side. If the maximum errors in the measurement of mass and length are 4% and 3% respectively, the maximum erfor in the measurement of the density is - (A) 9% (C) 12% (B) 13% (D) 7%

Given Data:

                 mass=175g

                 density=0.700g cm^{-3}

To find:

            its density in SI units

solution:

           ∴ Volume=\frac{Mass}{Density}

              v=\frac{175}{0.700}

to take the decimal point out,

     ∴\frac{1}{1000}=0.001

     ∴0.001X1000=1

      v=\frac{175X1000}{0.700X1000}

      v=\frac{175000}{700} \\\\v=250cm^{-3}

∴The volume of the ball is 250cm^{-3}
