The mass of a body is 3kg.

A one-kilogram mass is still a one-kilogram ( as mass ia an intrinsic property of the object ) but the downward grove due to gravity, and therefore it's weight, is only one-sixth of what the object would have on Earth. So a man of mass 180 pounds weigh only about 30pounds-froce when visiting the moon.
