The mass of a boy is 40 kg what is his weight on the surface of the earth and what is his weight on the surface of the Moon given that g= 9.8 ms^2 and gm=1/6ge.

mass is everywere same therefore mass=40 kgweight on earth= mg =40×9.8=392 newtonweight on moon=1/6×9.8×40=66 newton
