The mass of a bucket full of water is 15 kg.
It is being pulled up from a 15m deep well.
Due to a hole in the bucket 6 kg water flows
out of the bucket. The work done in drawing
the bucket out of the well will be (9
10m/s-)-

plz mark me brainlest

Outflow of water per meter of pull =6/15=0.4kg/m

Water in the bucket at any depth =m=(15−0.4x)kg

Work done in pulling the bucket through a length dx=dW=mg(dx)=(15−0.4x)(10)(dx)

Integrating bothe sides from x=0 to x=15

⇒W=∫

0

15

(15−0.4x)(10)(dx)

⇒W=(225−45)(10)J=1800J
