so basing on that

momentum = mass×velocity

so first change the km/h to ms (metres per second

40×1000/3600

the answer is 11.1ms

so we use the mass

4000×11.1

answer is44400kg/ms

then for the other one

2000×11.1

22200kgms

And that's momentum so a recap momentum is equal to mass ×velocity in ms
