The mass of a metal cuboid is 1.25kg and its dimensions are 24cm,17cm and
9cm. Calculate the density of metal in CGS and SI units

Explanation:

volume of cuboid =24×17×9=3672 cu.cm

mass of cuboid =1.25 kg=1250 gm

now density =mass/volume=1250/3672=0.34 gm/cu.cm(cgs)

in SI density=0.34×1000=340 kg/cu.m
