Answer: The Kinetic energy of woman will be 4 times more than that of the girl.

Explanation:

 kinetic energy = \frac{1}{2}mv²

Let mass of girl be m.

    => mass of woman = 4m.

Let velocity of both be v.

K.E of girl = \frac{1}{2}mv²   ------ 1

K.E of woman = \frac{1}{2}(4m)v²  --------2

Compare K.E of woman(2) and girl(1),

\frac{\frac{1}{2}(4m)v^{2} }{\frac{1}{2}mv^{2}  } = \frac{4}{1} = 4:1  -------  Answer
