Step-by-step explanation:

in the given statment both varies directly

so

M = mass

L= length

M/L = k ( it's the main value or constant )

M/L = 192/16 = 12

12 is the constant

then 105/x = 12

x = L

x = 105/12=8.75

so the length=8.75

Answer:

8.7cm

Step-by-step explanation:

LET THE LENGTH OF THE RODE BE X

X:16::105:192

PRODUCT OF MEAN =PRODUCT OF EXTREMES.

=X×192=16×105

=1680

X=1680÷192

=8.7cm
