The mass of empty bottle =21.8g

when filled complete with water =41.8g

=21.8 -41.8g =20 g

the mass of water =20 g

the volume of the water in cubic cm =20 ml

when filled complete with water =40.6g

the empty bottle =21.8g

when filled with water =40.6-21.8g

=18.8g

Density of liquid =m÷v=18.8 ÷20 g

=0.94
