Volume of iron cube = 1.5 × 1.5 × 1.5 cm 3 = 3.375 cm3

Mass of the cube = 50 g

Density of the cube = 50 g / 3.375 cm3 = 14.81 g / cm3

Now density of water = 1000g / cm3

The body will float because average density of the cube is less than water.
