m(a)=2m(b)

m(b)=m(a)/2 (1)

K.E.(a)=1/2 m(a) v^2

K.E.(b)=1/2m(b) v^2

=1/2 m(a)/2 v^2 ( from 1)

K.E. (b) = 1/2 K.E.(a)

K.E.(a)/K.E.(b) = 2/1
