so 16u = 16 x 1.66*10^{-24} grams

=2.656 x 10^{-23\\}g

we know 1kg = 10^3g

so 1g = 10^-3 Kg

therefore, 16u = 2.656 x 10^{-23\\}g = 2.656 x 10^{-26}Kg
