The mass of rice bag is 50 kg. What is its weight on earth?​

As weight is a force, W = mass*acceleration

here, acceleration is gravitational acceleration(g) = 9.8 m*s^-2

so, weight = 50*9.8 = 5*98 = 490 Newtons.

sometimes, g ≈ 10 m*s^-2

so in that case weight = 500 Newtons
