R1 = 2 R2

 g = 9.8 g = (GM / R2)

= (M2 / M1) × (R1 / R2)2

 = (1 / 80) × (2)2

(g' / g) = (1 / 20)

g' = (g / 20)

g' = (9.8 / 20)
