Given:-

  • Mass of metal iron box (m) = 350kg

  • Volume (v) = 175m³

To Find:-

  • Density of metal iron box (d).

Solution:-

As we know that ,

Density = Mass/Volume

d = m/v

Put the value which is given above

⟹ d = 350/175

⟹d = 2kg/m³

The density of metal iron box is 2kg/

Additional Information!!

✧ Mass per unit volume is called Density of the object.

✧ SI unit of Density kg/

The space occupied by a solid body is called its volume.

✧ SI unit of Volume is .

Aɴsᴡᴇʀ :

➥ The density of metal iron box = 2 kg/m³.

Gɪᴠᴇɴ :

➤ Mass of metal iron box (m) = 350 kg

➤ Volume of metal iron box (v) = 175 m³

Tᴏ Fɪɴᴅ :

➤ Density of metal iron box (d) = ?

Sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :

 \sf{: \implies Density =  \dfrac{Mass}{Volume}}

 \sf{: \implies Density = \dfrac{350}{175} }

   : \implies  \green{\underline{ \overline{ \boxed{ \purple{ \bf{ \:  \: Density =2 \: kg/{m}^{3}  \:  \: }}}}}}

Hence, the density of metal iron box is 2 kg/m³.
