Given :-

  • The mass of first object {(m_(1)} = 4 × 10²⁴ kg
  • The mass of second object {(m_(2)} = 3 × 10²⁰ kg
  • The distance between the objects {R} = 3 × 10-⁸m
  • Gravitational force (G) = 6.67 × 10-¹¹ m²/kg²

To Find :-

  • Gravitational force between two objects = ?

Solution :-

To calculate the gravitational force between two objects at first we have to apply formula then substitutes the value which is obtained from the given Question.

Formula Used :-

⇢ F = (G × m_1 × m_2)/R

  • F = gravitational force between two objects.

⇢ F = (6.67 × 10-¹¹ × 4 × 10²⁴ × 3 × 10²⁰)/3 × 10-⁸

⇢ F = 6.67 × 4 × 3 × 10^(24 + 20 - 11) /3 × 10-⁸

⇢ F = 6.67 × 12 × 10³³/3 × 10-⁸

⇢ F = (80.04 × 10³³ × 10⁸)/3

⇢ F = 80.04 × 10²⁵/3

⇢ F = 26.68 × 10²⁵

⇢ F = 2.668 × 10²⁴ N

Hence, gravitational force between two objects = 2.668 × 10²N
