Hey dearie!
here is your answer ☺

Let,
Mass of scooter be = 2x
Mass of bike be. = 3x

Velocity of both the objects are same.
i.e., =108km/h

Now,
Kinetic energy of scooter =1/2mv^2
=1/2×2x×108

Kinetic energy of bike =1/2Mv^2
=1/2×3x×108

Ratio of kinetic energy
=1/2×2x×108 ÷ 1/2×3x×108

= 2:3

Therefore the kinetic energy of the scooter and the bike are in the ration of 2:3

hope this helps you out dear!
and if it does u may Mark as brainliest ✌☺.
