Gravitational force between two objects is given as

F = GMm / d²

Now, let's say

100% = GMm/d² ......(1)

After masses are doubled and distance halved

F' = G(2M × 2m) / (d/2)²

= 4GMm / (d²/4)

= 16Gmm/d²

From equation (1)

= 16 × 100%

= 1600%

%Change in force = 1600% - 100% = 1500%

Options which you've provided might be of a different question.
