Use the above formula

Put the value of d=0.5m, M=20000Nm and t =15000Nm we will get the value of

shear stress =

  (16 \div \pi(.5) {}^{3} ) \sqrt{20000 {}^{2}  + 15000 {}^{2} }

Shear stress= 101.9Mpa
