First of all we will consider a simple example to get the answer of this quwstion. This question, however, is a general conceptual question.

Consider a gas. Gas has a large number of molecules in it. While increasing the tenperature, the molecular motion of Gas will increases, i.e., the average kinetic energy of gas molecules will increases.

Now, coming to question, sun, which contains a huge amount of heat, is having a huge amount of tenperature. So, Clearly, at Position A, the planet moving around the sun will have maximum kinetic energy. Thus, we can clear our answer.
