The maximum power dissipated in a 10,000ohm  is 1W .What is the maximum current​

Given,

Resistance= 10,000 Ω

Power= 1W

Using Power formula-->  P=V²/R

                                         1=V²/10000

                                         10000=V²

                                         100=V                , Therefore Voltage is 100 Volts.

Using Ohms law, V=IR

                           100=I(10000)

                            100/10000=I

                            1/100=I

                            0.01 Ampere.

Therefore the the current will be 0.01 Ampere.
