2:1. is the answer
^_^

ameya776rj: Average speed of train during the Journey is distance covered by time taken i.e., 40 km per hour. The max speed is 80 km per hour. Therefore, the required ratio is 80:40 i.e., 2:1.

HI !

Total distance = 400 km
Total time = 10 hrs

Average speed = 400/10 = 40 km/hr

Maximum speed = 80 km/hr

ratio of its Maximum speed to its average speed =

80 : 40

2: 1

Hope this helps you !
