Given,

The total mean age of both = 30.5 years

mean age of men = 35 years

mean age of women = 25 years

Suppose,

no. of men= m

no. of women= w

soiving the equation,

30.5 (m+w)= 35m+ 25w

30.5m + 30.5w = 35m + 25w

30.5w-25w= 35m-30.5m

5.5w=4.5m

now,

\frac{w}{m}= \frac{5.5}{4.5}

w/m= 11/9

same vice versa,

\frac{m}{w} =\frac{9}{11}

now the percentage of men in the group

\frac{m}{m+w}

% of men = \frac{9}{9+11}

\frac{9}{20}* 100%

45%  of men

now the percentage of women in the group

\frac{w}{w+m}

\frac{11}{11+9}

% of women=\frac{20}{11}

55%  of women

the final answer is the percentage of men is 45% and of women is 55%
