Answer:

Let the bases are A and B

Average leather of bases are (A+B)/2= 105

Hence,

Area = (A+B)/2×H

Area = 105×99

Area = 10,395sq.m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

The mean length of the bases of a trapezium = 105 cm

Altitude = 99 cm

According to problem,

Let the sides of the a and b.

Mean of the bases = ( a + b ) / 2 = 105 cm

Now,

  Area of trapezium = 1 / 2 x ( sum of parallel sides ) x altitude

                                = { ( a + b ) / 2 } x 99     cm²

                                = 105 x 99        cm²

                                = 10,395 cm²       (Ans)
