the mean of 15 observation is 28.if the mean of first 8 observation is 25 and last 8 is 30.find the 8th observation?

Total of 15 observations = 15*28 = 420
Total of first 8 observations = 25*8 = 200
Total of last 8 observations = 30*8 = 240
So 8th observation = (200+240) - 420 = 440-420 = 20
