These all are different parts.

1. When each obsv. is increased by 3

Mean = 32

New Mean = 32 + 3 =35

2. When each obsv. is decreased by 7

Mean = 32

New Mean = 32 - 7 = 25

3. When each obsv. is mutliplied by 2

Mean = 32

New Mean = 32 * 2 = 64

4. When each obsv. is divided by 0.5

Mean = 32

New Mean = 32 / 0.5 = 64

5. When each obsv. is increased by 60% or 0.6

Mean = 32

New Mean = 32 + 0.6 = 32.6

6. When each obsv. is decreased by 20% or 0.2

Mean = 32

New Mean = 32 - 0.2 = 31.8
