wrongly copied as 3 and 6. If wrong observations are replaced by correct values 8 and 9, then

find the correct mean.​

Correct mean=24.5 +[24.5+{(8-3)+(9-6)}/16]

=[24.5+(5+3)/16] +24.5

=[24.5+8/16] +24.5

=[32.5/16] +24.5

=24.5 +2.03

=26.53
