Mean of 20 observations = 12.5
-15 = 15
Hence ,
total of 20 observations = 12.5 × 20
= 250
new total = 250 - (-15) + 15
=250 + 15 + 15
= 280
Now ,
New mean = 280 ÷ 20
= 14 (Ans)
