According to the question

 \frac{24 + 27 + 43 + 48 + x - 1 + x + 3 + 68 + 73 + 80 + 90}{10}  = 58

 \frac{455 + 2x}{10}  = 58

455 + 2x = 580

2x = 580 - 455

2x = 125

x =  \frac{125}{2}

x = 62.5
