Sum of 31 results = (31 × 60) = 1860

Mean of first 16 results = 58

Sum of first 16 results = (58 × 16) = 928

Mean of last 16 results = 62

Sum of last 16 results = (62 × 16) = 992

16th result = sum of first 13 results + sum of last 13 results - sum of 31 results

= 928 + 992 - 1860

= - 40
