mean = 40 for 200 observation
then sum of observation = 40*200 = 8000
given 65 is wrong copied as 25 then
we remove 65 and add 25
thus
sum.of observation = 8000 - 65 + 25 = 7960
thus new mean will be
new mean = 7960/40 = 199
