The mean of 5 observations is 89. If one of the observations is wrongly taken as 64 instead of 46, find the

correct mean.​

mean of 5 observation=89

sum of 5 observation=89×5=445

if we subtract wrong Number=445-42=403

Real Number,when added=403+24=427

Correct mean=427÷5

=85.4 answer
