Total of numbers = Mean X 6
= 12 X 6 = 72
Total of 6 numbers = 12+14+10+16+x + x+2 = 54+2x
54+2x = 72
=> 2x = 72-54 = 18
=> x = 18/2 = 9
Value of x = 9
