 \frac{p + p + 2 + p + 4 + p + 6 + p + 8 + p - 2 + p - 4 + p - 6 + p - 8}{9}

 \frac{9p}{9}  = 10

p = 10

The mean of least 5 terms are

 \frac{p + p - 2 + p - 4 + p - 6 +  p - 8}{5} =  \frac{5p - 20}{5}

 =  \frac{5(10) - 20}{5}  =  \frac{30}{5} = 6
