For binary distribution, the mean is always bigger than the difference
I.e., np> npq
Here the difference is greater than the mean (npq = 60) (np = 30) and npq divided by np, you will get q = 2, but q cannot be greater than 1. Thus we are not able to recognize the value of n for this distribution.
