We have CV = (σ / x`)*100

where CV stands for coefficient of variation
x` stands for mean and
σ stands for standard deviation.

Substituting the given values, we have
CV = (7/18)*100
CV = 0.388*100
CV=38.8

Thus, the coefficient of variation is 33.8
