Given, mean of p, q, r, sand t is 28.
So, (p +q + s + r + t) /5 = 28
Or, P +q + r + s + t = 28 *5 = 140....... (1)

Again, (p + r + t) /3 = 24.
Or, P + r + t = 24*3 = 72............ (2)

From, (1) and (2),
(p+q+r+s+t) - (p+r+t) = 140 - 72.
Or, q + s = 68.

Now, mean of q and s,
We have, (q+s) /2 = 68 / 2 = 34.

Hence, your required answer is 34.
