Let the seven numbers be A,B,C,D,E,F and G
Let the excluded number be A.
As per the question, mean of seven numbers is 63.

(A+B+C+D+E+F+G)/7=63
A+B+C+D+E+F+G=63*7=441___(1)

When A is removed, mean is 63+1. That is 64
(B+C+D+E+F+G)/6=64
B+C+D+E+F+G=64*6=384___(2)
Excluded number,A = (1)-(2)
A=441-384
=57

Thus, the excluded number is 57.
