let the two numbers be x and y
their mean is 10 implies (x+y)/2=10
ie; x+y=20----------------------------(1)
given that;
x-y=0-------------------------------(2)
adding (1)&(2) ;
2x=20
x=10
put the value of x in any of the equation
x+y=20
10+y=20
y=20-10 =10
their mean is 10 implies (x+y)/2=10

2x=20
x=10
