Firstly start with the sum of all the angles in a triangle that is 180°
So,
Y+10+2y-70+y=180°
4y-60=180°
4y=180°+60°(you can add another step here by writing transporting)
4y=240°
Y=240°/4°
Y=60°
Hope it helps you

(y + 10) + (2y - 70) + y = 180 \\  \\   (y + 2y + y) + (10 - 70)  = 180  \\ \\ 4y - 60 = 180 \\ \\  4y = 180 + 60 \\  \\ 4y = 240 \\  \\ y =  \frac{240}{4}  \\  \\ y = 60 \: degree \\  \\ 1st \: angle = y + 10 = 60 + 10 = 70 \: degree \\  \\ 2nd \: angle = 2y - 70 = 2 \times 60 - 70 = 120 - 70 = 50 \: degree \\  \\ 3rd \: angle = y = 60 \: degree \\  \\ so \: the \: least \: angle \: is \: 2nd \: angle = 50 \: degree
